Driver Information

Contract Terms and Conditions

1. ENGAGEMENT

1.1 The Company agrees to introduce the Driver to potential employers ("Clients") for the purpose of providing driving services.

1.2 The Driver agrees to perform driving services as directed by the Client, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. TERM

2.1 This Agreement shall commence on the date above and shall continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the termination provisions herein.

3. DRIVER'S OBLIGATIONS

3.1 The Driver agrees to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to driving and employment.
  • Maintain a valid UK driving license appropriate for the type of vehicle driven.
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct themselves in a courteous manner.
  • Report any accidents, incidents, or damage to the vehicle immediately to the Client and the Company.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information obtained during the course of employment.

3.2 The Driver shall not:

  • Accept direct employment or engage in any business relationship with the Client without prior written consent from the Company.
  • Solicit or attempt to solicit business from the Client for personal gain during the term of this Agreement and for a period of 12 months after termination.
4. COMPANY'S OBLIGATIONS

4.1 The Company agrees to:

  • Introduce the Driver to Clients seeking driving services.
  • Provide necessary documentation and support to facilitate the Driver's engagement with Clients.
  • Ensure that the Driver is informed of the terms and conditions of each assignment.

4.2 The Company does not:

  • Employ the Driver directly.
  • Assume responsibility for the Driver's actions or omissions during assignments.
5. COMPENSATION

5.1 The Driver shall be compensated by the Client at the agreed rate for each assignment.

5.2 The Company may charge the Client a fee for its services, which does not affect the Driver's compensation.

6. TERMINATION

6.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 14 days written notice.

6.2 Immediate termination may occur if:

  • The Driver breaches any term of this Agreement.
  • The Driver engages in misconduct or illegal activities.
  • The Client terminates the assignment for any reason.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY

7.1 The Driver agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all information obtained during the course of assignments.

7.2 This obligation continues after the termination of this Agreement.

8. LIABILITY

8.1 The Driver is responsible for their own actions and omissions during assignments.

8.2 The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Driver's actions during assignments.

9. GOVERNING LAW

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

10.1 By signing below, the Driver acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
